If you have it saved on your computer you just go to post and then upload it.
If you are getting something from youtube on the right side of the movie there is a url that says embed and you just copy it and paste it into the post.
Yup, just copy the HTML code from the YouTube page into the "Edit HTML" tab when you're writing a new post. You can check to see what it looks like with the preview.
Yep, what everyone else said! Usually a lot of videos have a thing called "embed" next to them that lists the html code that you copy. -- and make sure you paste it into the "edit html" tab instead of in the "compose" tab when you are writing your post.
